Terms of Use

1. Who we are and what this agreement covers

socialcasinoboard.com (“Fathom Reef”, “we”, “us”) is operated by AUTO-ECOLE DES POMMIERS, registration number 814 237 277, whose registered office is at 26 rue du Jujubier, 13127 Vitrolles, France. By opening any page on this site, creating an account, or launching any game, you accept these Terms of Use together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not accept them, please leave the site.

2. This is a social casino — there is no real money anywhere

This is the most important clause in the document, so it comes early and in plain language:

• Fathom Reef is a social casino offered purely for entertainment.
• All games are free-to-play demonstration builds. No stake is placed, no bet is accepted, and no wager of any kind is processed by us.
• The coins in your balance are virtual tokens with no monetary value. They are not currency, not e-money, not a voucher, not a security and not property.
• Coins cannot be purchased, sold, deposited, withdrawn, cashed out, redeemed, exchanged for money, prizes, goods or services, gifted, traded or transferred to any other person or account.
• There is no cashier, shop, deposit page or payment processing on this site, and we will never ask you for card or bank details.
• Nothing here can be won or lost in financial terms. You cannot lose money using Fathom Reef because there is no money involved.

Because no gambling, betting or gaming for money or money's worth takes place, this site is not a licensed gambling operation and we do not hold, or need, a gambling licence.

3. Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, and old enough to do so lawfully wherever you are. You confirm your age when you first arrive and again when you register. Providing a false age is a breach of these terms. If we learn or reasonably suspect that an account belongs to a person under 18, we will suspend it immediately, delete the associated personal data, and refuse re-registration. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has registered here, email [email protected] and we will act without delay.

4. Your account

Accounts are free, optional and personal to you. One person may hold one account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Use a password you have not used elsewhere.

You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account if you breach these terms, if you attempt to interfere with the site's operation, or if the account has been inactive for an extended period. Because coins have no value, closure of an account results in no financial loss and no compensation is due.

5. Virtual coins

New accounts receive 10,000 coins. A further 5,000 coins can be claimed once per calendar day (measured in UTC). Coin awards are a courtesy, not an entitlement: we may change the amounts, the frequency or the mechanism, or reset balances, at any time and without notice. We may also remove coins obtained through error, exploitation or automated means. None of this gives rise to a claim of any kind, because the coins have no value.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site if you are under 18, or help anyone under 18 to use it;
• use bots, scripts, scrapers, emulators or automation to interact with the site or the games;
• attempt to manipulate coin balances, bonuses or game behaviour;
• probe, scan, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or its database;
• register multiple accounts, or register on behalf of another person;
• copy, frame, mirror, resell or commercially exploit the site or the games embedded in it;
• present Fathom Reef as a real-money gambling service, or use it to promote one to anybody.

7. Third-party game content

The games in our lobby are demonstration versions supplied and hosted by their respective developers and delivered to your browser in an embedded frame. Those developers own their games, artwork, trade marks and audio; we claim no rights in them. We do not control their code, their availability or the credit figures shown inside the game window, and any credits displayed there are likewise virtual, separate from your Fathom Reef balance, and worth nothing. A game may change or become unavailable at any time.

8. No guarantees, and no advice about gambling

The site is provided “as is”. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it. Outcomes in a demonstration build are not representative of real-money gambling. Practice play does not improve your chances anywhere, and success on this site implies no likelihood of future success at any real-money gambling activity. Nothing on this site is advice, encouragement or an inducement to gamble for money.

9. Our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of data, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. As the service is free and involves no money, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to EUR 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

10. Intellectual property

The Fathom Reef name, logo, site design, written content and code are owned by AUTO-ECOLE DES POMMIERS. You may not reproduce them beyond ordinary personal use of the site without our written permission.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site develops or the law changes. The version published here is always the current one and carries the date shown above (28 July 2026). Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continuing to use socialcasinoboard.com after a change means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, and the courts of France have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU or EEA, you keep the protection of your local mandatory consumer law and may bring proceedings in your own courts.
